Flip the mat over to access the valve on the underside, then push the center pin into the down (open) position to start deflation. Use your pump's deflate mode to remove all air from the mat.

Fold the right third of the mat inward toward the center.

Fold the left third over on top of the first fold. This leaves onelong strip.

Starting at the end opposite the valve, flat fold the mat toward the valve in sections.
NOTE: Start with about a10 inch fold.

Place the folded mat into your storage bag and zip closed.

Store somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. For long-term storage, make sure the mat is towel dry before folding it up.
